Payment, Ordering & Shipping Information

We accept payment by phone using VISA or Mastercard, as well as Purchase Orders on approval.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.  When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items. We ship using UPS 2-day service (FOB Destination, Prepay Freight & Add) except when requested otherwise.  Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation by e-mail or fax with an order summary and shipping and delivery date estimates.  Special conditions or restrictions may apply to international orders. 

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before goods are shipped, you must notify us immediately.  Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee. 

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  We are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to make an exchange).  Item(s) returned for refund must be in its original condition, undamaged and with no missing parts, packed in its original packaging, and include both the original receipt and an RMA number. 

We will notify you via e-mail or fax of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. 

Limited Warranty

Products covered by warranty: SimCube NIBP Simulator models SC-1, SC-2, SC-3, SC-4, and SC-5; SimCube Battery Option; OxSim Pulse Oximeter Tester OX-1; SimSlim Multi-Parameter Simulator SL-8

Pronk Technologies products listed above are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of four (4) years from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.  Warranty is valid only to the original buyer.  Defective equipment should be returned freight prepaid to Pronk Technologies.  Equipment returned with defective parts and assemblies will be either repaired or replaced at Pronk's discretion.  This warranty is not applicable if repair has been attempted or if the unit has been damaged due to operation outside the environmental and power specifications for the product, or due to improper handling or use.

If any fault develops, notify Pronk Technologies giving full details of the difficulty, and include the model and serial number of the device.  Upon receipt of shipping instructions, forward the device prepaid and repairs will be made at the factory.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability, fitness or adequacy for any particular purpose or use.  Pronk Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. 

Returns and Repairs

Please email support@pronktech.com or call 800-541-9802 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping address is Pronk Technologies, 8933 Lankershim Blvd., Sun Valley CA 91352.   Returns should be packaged securely in the original packaging materials.  The RMA number should be clearly marked on the packaging.  If the return is for a new item and is a result of our error, we will make arrangements for payment of return shipping.  Otherwise, items should be returned freight prepaid to Pronk Technologies.

Pronk Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy.  We may use any information we collect about you to process sales orders and to tailor the website to your interests.  This privacy statement explains how we gather information and how we protect your privacy.

Your consent:  By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Pronk Technologies Inc.

The information we collect:  If you decide to participate in an online survey, subscribe to an email list, enter a contest or use one of our other promotional features, or if you are requesting information and ask to be contacted by us, we may ask for your name, address, email address and other pertinent information to administer the contest, tabulate survey results, add you to subscriber lists, or to provide you with requested information.  We only collect information about specific identifiable individuals when such information is volunteered. 

How we use information you supply in order forms and online registration:  Pronk Technologies may share its customer list (names and addresses only) to companies that offer products and services we think our customers may be interested in.  If you do not wish to receive information from other companies, please send an email to privacy@pronktech.com. 

Removing your information:  If you give us your contact information and you wish to be removed from our database, please send an email to privacy@pronktech.com and we will remove your name. 

Changes to our privacy policy:  If we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page.

Disclaimers

Pronk Technologies shall be liable only for repair or replacement of the SimCube NIBP Simulator; OxSim OX-1 SpO2 Simulator, or SimSlim SL-8 Simulator with optional  features as stated under the terms of the warranty.  Pronk Technologies makes no warranty of any kind with regard to the material contained in this website, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Pronk Technologies shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of this material.
