The OxSim OX-1 provides four levels of simulated saturation (85%, 95%, 98%, and 99%), three heartrates (80, 40, and 140 bpm), and two perfusion levels (normal and low). OxSim simulations are designed to produce simulated values within the specified tolerance of both durable and disposable Oximeter sensors. The 85% and 98% modes are designed to let you check the basic functionality of your Oximeter, while the other modes have features which allow you to challenge your Oximeter’s performance. Operates for 8 hours on a single "AA" battery or on included AC adapter. The OxSim conserves battery power by going to sleep if it does not see a sensor for 10 minutes. The OxSim is compatible with the Battery Boost Option, which makes it convenient to use with a SimCube simulation kit. The OX-1 comes with a small 6VDC/2 amp power supply, a carrying case and a AA battery.
SimCube® - The Oscillometric Blood Pressure Simulator/Test System that fits the needs of today's Bio-Meds
SimCube is designed to be compact, affordable and easy to use—a simulator that lets you quickly determine whether or not a monitor's NIBP feature is working to spec. NIBP simulates real-life oscillometric pulses by varying both shape and size based on cuff pressure. SimCube's full-featured models include IBP, ECG, Arrhythmias, Respiration, and Pacer simulation to allow you to carry a single 3" X 3" X 3-1/2" (7.6 x 7.6 x 8.9 cm.), piece of equipment to test four out of five critical parameters of clinical patient monitors. Combined with the OxSim, we bring you a complete vital signs simulation system for 1/3 the cost and 15% of the weight of alternative products. Thousands are in use in the field.
Rugged Construction - The SimCube is constructed of structural 1/8" (3.2 mm) wall extruded aluminum, affording superior strength and corrosion resistance. The basic unit is encased in a vinyl jacket for scratch resistance and quiet operation. An optional heavy-duty poly web carrying case is available, and is recommended for field use.
SC-5 SimCube® NIBP Simulatorwith Peak Detect, ECG, Pacer, Respiration, Alarm Test, IBP, Arrhythmia, and Leak Test
The SimCube SC-5 combines the functions of both a manometer (pressure gauge) and an NIBP simulator. The SC-5 NIBP function has five modes: Manometer (+/- 400mmHg), Adult (120/80 mmHg), Neonatal (70/40 mmHg), Hypertensive (190/120 mmHg), and Hypotensive (80/40 mmHg). A single button toggles through each of the modes. A mini-DIN connector provides access to 3 dynamic IBP values (120/80, 70/40, 190/120) and 7 static IBP values (0, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250). Ten snaps provide 3-, 5-, or 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) simulation at 3 heartrates (70, 95, Asystole) plus a Heartrate sequence, as well as Arrhythmia, Pacer, and 3 Resp rates with a Resp Sequence. An Alarm Test mode tests heart rate alarms. Peak Detect (Overpressure) measurement and Leak Rate measurement functions are provided. The SC-5 is compatible with theBattery Boost.
SC-4 SimCube® NIBP Simulator with Peak Detect, ECG, Pacer, Respiration,
and Alarm Test
The SC-4 NIBP function has the following modes: Manometer (0-400mmHg), Adult (120/80 mmHg), Neonatal (70/40 mmHg), and Hypertensive (190/120 mmHg). A single button toggles through each of the modes. Ten snaps provide 3-, 5-, or 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) as well as Pacer, Resp, a Heartrate/Resp sequence and an Alarm Test mode. Peak Detect (Overpressure) measurement function is provided. The SC-4 is compatible with theBattery Boost.
The SC-3 NIBP function has the following modes: Manometer (0-400mmHg), Adult (120/80 mmHg), Neonatal (70/40 mmHg), and Hypertensive (190/120 mmHg). A single button toggles through each of the modes. The Peak Detect (Overpressure) mode measures the peak pressure produced by the patient monitor. The readout latches the highest pressure value sensed, in 0.5 mmHg steps. The SC-3 is compatible with theBattery Boost.
SC-2 SimCube® NIBP Simulatorwith ECG, Pacer and Respiration
Why carry a manometer and separate NIBP and ECG/Resp simulators when you can have them all combined in a convenient, compact package? This configuration of SimCube includes four NIBP modes: Manometer (0-400mmHg), Adult (120/80 mmHg), Neonatal (70/40 mmHg), and Hypertensive (190/120 mmHg). In addition, 10 snaps for 3-, 5-, or 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) simulation are provided. Test primary patient monitor hardware circuits with Pacer simulation and Respiration simulation.
The basic SimCube combines the functions of both a manometer (pressure gauge) and an NIBP simulator. SimCube's NIBP function has four modes: Manometer (0-400mmHg), Adult (120/80 mmHg), Neonatal (70/40 mmHg), and Hypertensive (190/120 mmHg). A single button toggles through each of the modes.
The Battery Boost (shown here as part of the SC-4KIT) includes both our Battery Boost module and a specially-modified carrying case. The Battery Boost module produces the 6V supply required by the SimCube from a set of 4 "AA" alkaline or NiMH batteries. The 6V output is maintained even as the battery voltage drops from 6V down to around 3V during discharge, providing for 150-250 accurate NIBP simulations from a single set of batteries. The case also provides storage for all NIBP adapters as well as the Bulb Adapter, spare batteries, and AC adapter. The Battery Boost module slides easily out of the case for quick battery replacement. The AC adapter is stored in a convenient outside zip pocket, and the Battery Boost module automatically switches to AC operation whenever the unit is plugged in. AC status and battery status are shown on the Battery Boost module LED display. Compatible with SC-3, SC-4 and SC-5, as well as the OxSim OX-1.
